Important Information:
Please take a moment to check on which students still need a signed field trip permission slip. These need to be complete and returned to school by Wednesday so please reach out to parents, send a slip home with students in an envelope, or make a quick phone call or two. Please let the office team know how we can assist you in this. We really don’t want any kiddos left behind!
The students will go to the theater in two groups. The first group will leave from the surprise assembly. The second group will go when the busses return. We will announce when the second group should load the busses. Janell has expertly planned this according to class sizes and bus space, so please follow her instructions.
The schedule for Group A is as follows:
Bus #1 James, Marshall, Moffitt, 1/3 of Treanor
Bus #2 Beary, Galbreath, Lyons, 1/3 of Treanor
Bus #3 A.Bennett, M. Bennett, Burnside, 1/3 of Treanor
The schedule for Group B is as follows:
Bus #1 Lund, Wells, Hogle
Bus #2 Muhlestein, Sanderson, Peterson
Bus #3 Benteti, Cropper, Sundrud
One last thought, please remind students to use the bathroom before loading the bus. This will cut down on the number of students who need to leave the theater during the movie.
Following our training from Tracy, Leslie has brilliantly adjusted our “Think Sheet” to an “Expectation Sheet.” Please check your email for further explanation of this change.
